The third annual Mother’s Day Fun Run by Mission Valley Sunset Rotary will help more than 60 homeless mothers and their children who are currently cared for at the San Diego Rescue Mission. The race will take place at De Anza Cove, 3000 North Mission Bay Drive in North Mission Bay, Sunday, May 10, check-in starts at 7 a.m. and the run begins at 8:30 a.m.
The San Diego Rescue Mission is dedicated to providing support for the needs of homeless men, women, and children in San Diego. They provide rehabilitation and Christian discipleship to create better lives for San Diego’s homeless, their families, and the community as a whole.
