The Ocean Beach Wellness Center was forced to close its doors on Oct. 18 after a San Diego Superior Court judge issued a sweeping statement that marijuana dispensaries are prohibited by zone in San Diego. The OB Wellness Center was among at least 12 dispensaries targeted in September by a lawsuit filed by the San Diego City Attorney’s Office.
