
The victim, a 30-year-old male was leaving the Open Bar at 2:30 a.m. on April 22 when he got into a shoving match with a group outside of the bar. The suspect, a black male, pulled a gun and the victim ran. The suspect shot the victim in the buttocks. The victim had a friend drive him to the hospital and his injury is non life threatening. The suspect was described as wearing a black track suit with green and red trim and a 59 neckless. There was no other description on the suspect.
