Mr. Moto Pizza House believes that dogs deserve “furever” homes! And to prove it, they’ve partnered with the animal rescue organization, PAWS4Thought to help connect homeless pups with loving families.
At each of their five locations throughout San Diego, Mr. Moto Pizza is displaying the whimsical mug shots of dogs who long to be adopted on their pizza boxes. Customers can chow down on pies as they consider adding a new pet to their pack.
“We are so excited to play an instrumental part in improving the life of a deserving pup,” says Moto Pizza owner Gibran Fernandez. “If we can help place even one dog with a good family, that is cause for celebration.”
Awarded “San Diego’s Best Gourmet Pizza” since 2016, Mr. Moto has locations in Ocean Beach, Pacific Beach, North Park, Point Loma and La Jolla. Their artisanal New York-style pizza is made with a secret in-house crust recipe, and their wide variety of pies include their signature “Pizza of the Month.” Delivery is available at all locations.
“What a clever way to support the cause we are so passionate about! Mr. Moto is clearly doing what they can to help support our cause,” said Negar Mirgoli of PAWS4Thought Animal Rescue. The nonprofit rescues dogs from shelters that are at risk of being euthanized, as well as abandoned, abused, and stray dogs in both the U.S. and Tijuana/Rosarito areas along with dogs whose owners are forced to surrender them due to financial or personal hardships.
