The La Jolla Art Association will hold an art exhibit titled “For the Love of Art,” Wednesdays through Sundays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., through Jan. 21, at the Village Gallery, 7932 Ivanhoe Ave.
More than 100 pieces of original artwork created by members of the association will be for sale. The pieces are no more than $300, and profits from the sale will support the organization’s cultural and educational programs, such as upcoming art exhibitions for local high school students as well as adult artists throughout San Diego County.
“For Art Lovers,” an additional show held by the La Jolla Art Association from Monday, Jan. 22 through Sunday, Feb. 11, will be open to the public. Sales will go the organization’s programs. Admission for both exhibitions is free.
