Photographer Don Balch captured the ghostly side of Halloween with spooky sights and adorable costumed pets at Barbarella Restaurant’s Halloween Pet Costume Contest on Oct. 16. Also in the gallery is a Mitt Romney look-alike who re-creates a photo of the Presidential candidate from 1968 in front of the Presidential candidate’s La Jolla property on Oct. 20.
