The Lock Wang Family Trust has sold the mixed-use retail and office building known as the “Piano Building” in Bird Rock, for $2.9 million according to brokerage company The Franco Realty Group.
The building size is about 5,320-square-feet. The total lot size of the parcel is 6,555-square-feet. The Franco Realty Group, led by Alex Austin and Tony Franco, reported that the building was fully occupied at the time of sale. The property is anchored by Mimi & Red and also has long standing, 20-plus year tenants such as The Sign Factory and A Better Deal Tuxedo. The Franco Realty Group represented the buyer and seller.
