Heroes Brew Fest, showcasing more than 40 breweries and 80 craft brews and featuring a caped crusader costume contest with prizes as well as live music, entertainment and food vendors, will be held from 3 to 6 p.m. Saturday, July 11 at Loma Club Golf Course in Liberty Station.
Though not affiliated with Comic-Con or any of its subsidiaries, the brew fest encourages participants to dress in costume. But even costumed characters will be carded, and therefore need to show valid ID upon entry to the event, which is for ages 21 and up.
Parking will be located throughout the NTC Promenade in the Liberty Station area.
