Attention La Mesa & Surrounding Community Residents –

Nuestra Senior Boards, a required project for all graduating Helix seniors, are happening on Tuesday, May 23 & Wednesday, May 24 and we’d love for you to be a judge. Join us for one day or both from 12:15 pm – 3:30 pm.

Being a judge involves listening to seniors present on their high school experience and explain what is next in their lives. It’s a great way to learn about our students and get involved at the school. We hope to include as many parents and community members as possible to provide a variety of perspectives and backgrounds on the panels.

After checking in at the front admin office, judges will gather in the library and we’ll explain the project and its importance within our school culture and history. We’ll go over what to expect and how the judging rubric works. Lunch from Da Kines Hawaiian food will be provided. Then we will head to different classrooms around campus to hear their presentations.If you are interested in participating, please RSVP here.
