CREAM, the San Francisco Bay-based dessert franchise that specializes in ice cream sandwiches using homemade cookies and other treats, is bringing the nostalgic dessert to Pacific Beach.
To celebrate the Friday, May 29 opening of its new shop at 1038 Garnet Ave., CREAM will be giving away free ice cream sandwiches from 3 p.m. to midnight. The shop boasts a combination of homemade cookies, fresh ice cream and toppings. Their openings are known for long lines of customers and a large crowd is expected with the giveaway of more than 3,000 ice cream sandwiches.
