MISSION BEACH — The Old Mission Bay Athletic Club (OMBAC) will host a blood drive at the Wave House Recreation Center, 3115 Ocean Front Walk, on Saturday, Aug. 7 from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The event will help support the supply of blood at the San Diego Blood Bank. OMBAC suggests eating a good meal and drinking plenty of fluids before donating. All donors must show proof of identification. A free lunch will be provided to donors compliments of the OMBAC Road Kill Café.
