It is time for the Peninsula Community Planning Board (PCPB) to come to its senses and remove Ms. Dee Wylie, the current chair of the board. Why? Because of her continued flagrant disregard for Brown Act rules, among other things.
Letters from the City Attorney’s Office that cited various rules and concerns about scheduled September committee and subcommittee meetings recently surfaced after the meetings she allowed to take place. She [reportedly] received this information before the meetings and [reportedly] neglected to pass it on to the rest of the board. Now, valuable board time is spent grinding on procedures, rather than the issues facing this community ” airport, traffic and hotels, to name a few.
It is time for the board to take note and remove her from the chair position so the work of the board for the community they represent can move forward.
