
Imperial Capital Bancorp recently signed a five-year lease renewal for office space in the La Jolla Bank Building, 888 Prospect St.
The 21,903-square-foot space was leased for $5,023,560, according to the San Diego office of Cushman & Wakefield.
Imperial’s suites are its corporate and administrative headquarters.
The three-story La Jolla Bank Building, which includes approximately 62,000 square feet, is 100 percent leased.
