DOWNTOWN — On Monday, Sept. 13 at approximately 10:30 a.m., a black male entered and robbed a bank located at 501 W. Broadway, according to report from the San Diego Police Department (SDPD). He was seen fleeing on foot and headed toward Horton Plaza, the report stated. The suspect was described as unshaven and had gray in his beard. He is estimated to be approximately 40 years old, 5-feet-5-inches tall and weigh about 160 pounds. He was wearing a gray sweatshirt and darks pants.
