I am a very concerned citizen. Vons relocated from Rosecrans [Street] and Nimitz [Boulevard] to Liberty Station in about early November. Since that time, the old store has been vacant. But the lights are all on 24 hours a day. Every row of lights. I thought we were trying to conserve. This is beyond wasteful.
