The world renowned St. Petersburg Men’s Ensemble performs Friday, April 29 at Christ Lutheran Church, 4761 Cass St. A free-will donation will be taken for the concert and a reception will follow. The San Diego Audubon Society will host a family-friendly bird walk along the San Diego River on Saturday, May 7 from 10 a.m. to noon.  The walk will begin near the river mouth and explore riparian and wetland habitats, showcasing a variety of shorebirds and waterfowl. Binoculars will be provided, but participants are asked to bring their own if they have them.  Participants will meet at the north side of the river, east of the West.
