This week’s hot pick highlights floral print jeans by Citizens of Humanity — my favorite example of printed denim this season. Just like colored denim, printed denim is also a popular trend at the moment. I love the scale of the print (not too overpowering), the colors and how the flowers look like they are growing up the leg. They come in a high-waisted, slim cut and retail for $185. Incorporating these into your wardrobe will be a breeze as there are lots of ways to style them. Here, I have paired them with a pencil-thin orange-and-cream striped tank top (mixing prints). You could also pair them with a denim shirt and espadrille wedge, polo T-shirt and chic flat sandal, crisp Oxford shirt and espadrille flat — the possibilities are almost endless. Have fun and remember that the jean will be the main part of the outfit, so everything else should follow its lead.
