Breakfast Republic on Mission Boulevard in Pacific Beach has re-opened, as of Friday, March 2. “As a restaurant owner, the last thing you want to do is to fully close a restaurant to make upgrades, especially so soon after our grand opening,” said owner Johan Engman. “However, after opening the doors, we quickly realized there were some much-needed changes that had to happen to help our customers have the best experience possible at this location. “I’m happy to say we are re-opened at the Pacific Beach location and look forward to serving San Diego at this seventh location of Breakfast Republic. We also are working hard to bring our first Eggies location to Pacific Beach as well, so keep an eye out for this quick-service addition to serve those on the go.”
