The Turquoise Animal Hospital Pet and Kid Carnival will take place 1 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 3 at 950 Turquoise St. in Pacific Beach. There will be games for both pets and kids. There will be vendors from various business and also a silent auction. There will be dog adoptions the same day of the event in an effort to find them forever homes. Join the party for Project Dogway, prizes, food, music and more. The proceeds go to the San Diego Humane Society, but entry to the carnival is free and open to the public.
