Update: All evacuation orders and warnings associated with this incident have been lifted. The temporary evacuation point has been suspended and evacuees can return to their homes.
City of San Diego had issued an evacuation order at 2:30 p.m. on Oct. 15 of commercial buildings and homes for the 4600-4700 blocks of Norma Drive, Constance Drive and Natalie Drive due to a vegetation fire.
