PACIFIC BEACH — The streets of Pacific Beach and Mission Beach are beginning to flood after a lunchtime downpour engulfed the 92109 ZIP code on Tuesday. Rain is expected to continue through Wednesday. Possible thunderstorms and cooler temperatures will be felt by the beach community for the next two days, which really never saw much of a summer before the fall weather fell on it. The temperature will reach a high of 66 degrees today and 65 tomorrow.
