IT OPENED 60 YEARS AGO as JC Penney and has been Pangaea Outpost for some time. Not long ago, I featured the space at 909 Garnet Ave. when Walker Scott Department Store was going out of business. It was a Blockbuster Music Store when I took this photo on June 21, 1995.
