Nexus in line
Pacific Cornerstone Architects has completed the building shell design (artist’s rendering above) and obtained building permits for construction of the Nexus University Science Center at 4737 and 4785 Executive Drive.
Grading of the site has also been done in preparation for two planned two-story buildings on 7.067 acres that will be used for biotech, research and development and high-tech flex space.
