MISSION BAY — A female driver apparently ran over a trash collections bin near Ski Beach, said Maurizio Antoninetti, Pacific Beach resident. He came across this photo opportunity on Monday, Oct. 25. He said the embarrassed driver was on the other side of the vehicle. The details of how this happened are unknown.
