On Saturday, July 9 from 3 to 7 p.m. Empey Realty will open its doors to friends and neighbors in celebration of its new office location at 1503 Garnet Ave. The grand opening party will feature live music by Todd Goodnough from local band Modern Day Moonshine, hosted food and drinks, and free giveaways to local PB businesses.
Empey Realty recently moved from the executive suites above Urgent Care at Garnet Avenue and Fanuel Street into the Discover PB building at 1503 Garnet Ave. A locally-owned and grown Pacific Beach business, Empey Realty specializes in homes and investment properties in Pacific Beach and the surrounding areas.
The grand opening will feature free raffle prizes, including gift certificates to the Iron Pig, Mr. Frostie, 710 Beach Club, the Local, Dup-A-Key, two six-month memberships to the new Crunch Fitness, and two Toyota Terrace tickets to the Padres vs. Giants game on July 16.
