MBHS annual Holiday Toy Drive will run from Nov. 28 to Dec. 9. Students may bring new, unwrapped toys to the toy collection box in the front office. MBHS Movie night and Christmas tree lighting ceremony will take place 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 9, in the weed patch. Bring your beach chairs and blankets to the weed patch. Movie snacks, drinks, class shirts, and spirit wear will be sold by clubs and classes. Pacific Beach Middle PBMS annual Holiday Toy Drive will run from Nov. 28 to Dec. 9. Students may bring new, unwrapped toys to their fifth period classrooms. The classroom that collects the most toys, wins a trip to Belmont Park. Thank you to Belmont Park for supporting the PB community and donating the trip. PB Elementary The Friends of Pacific Beach Elementary School invites you to join in on a 15-year tradition and partnership with Missoula Children’s Theatre as the students grades K-5 present “Rumpelstiltskin.” Rumpelstiltskin will be presented at Pacific Beach Elementary School’s Auditorium on Dec. 3 at 2:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. Tickets are $4 for children and $6 for adults and are available at Pacific Beach Elementary School’s Office, 1234 Tourmaline St. and at the door. The Missoula Children’s Theatre residency in Pacific Beach is presented by Friends of Pacific Beach Elementary School with support from Mamma Mia Italian Restaurant. Schoolyard Dash 5K and Kids Mile Fun Run is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 29. Join friends and neighbors for some friendly competition or casual exercise while raising money for Mission Bay High and Pacific Beach Middle schools.
