The Crusaders Soccer Club’s Girls’ 2006 competitive team (pictured above) recently (Feb. 25-26) participated in and won the Rising/Northern Arizona University Max Shacknai Invitation Tournament.
The team was coached by Jim Miller, Rene Miramontes, Director of Coaching for the Crusaders Soccer Club, and Gerry Widmer.
Miller stated, “The team won all four of their games and it was a great experience for each of the 17 girls on this team, in the very cold and windy desert”.
