Costa Verde Center’s annual Customer Appreciation Day will take place on Saturday, May 21 from noon to 3 p.m. Customers are invited to enjoy live reggae musical entertainment by Pali Roots along with in-store specials, complimentary food and product samples, giveaways and a chance to win one of five $100 gift cards to a Costa Verde store or restaurant. Tables will be set up in the patio area of the shopping center between The Boxing Club and My Sister’s Closet, where customers can pick up free product samples, check out live demonstrations and sample items from McDonald’s, Starbucks and Yogurtland. The San Diego Blood Bank will also be on hand to collect donations, and the first 50 Bloodmobile donors will receive a certificate for a free scoop of their favorite Baskin-Robbins ice cream.
