Scripps Memorial Hospital’s Alison Haney crawls through the Colossal Colon model on display outside the hospital March 1, coinciding with the first day of colorectal cancer awareness month. The 40-foot-long, 4-foot-tall educational exhibit created by Molly McMaster, a colon cancer survivor, is nicknamed “Coco”.
