• Increasing education and understanding of the main climate processes, the resulting climate threats, and the effects.

• Forming alliances and collaborations through bilateral and international Science and technology cooperation agreements in climate change technology and research development.

Adopting this concept can help in focusing on countries’ initiatives to lower greenhouse gas. While also helps in promoting thriving communities, economic development, and social equality.
