POINT LOMA – With a unanimous vote, the City Council approved a revised version of the Peninsula Community Planning Board bylaws Nov. 29. The changes in the bylaws that the board initially approved in August include making general elections a plurality vote, having the board fill vacancies by itself and various changes to language within the document.
