The 55th annual La Jolla Christmas Parade and Holiday Festival on Dec. 2 featured a festive procession of animals, antique vehicles, colorful floats and costumed community members. The cheerful crew marched down Girard Avenue and Prospect Street to the La Jolla Recreation Center where the celebration continued with a fun-filled holiday festival, complete with kids activities, food trucks and a tree lighting ceremony.
