Center for Women’s Leadership at USD to host 'SHExperience: Journey to Your Best Self Women’s Conference’
The Center for Women’s Leadership will host the SHExperience – Journey to Your Best Self Women’s Conference on May 4 and 5 on the University of San Diego campus.

The conference will host 18 distinguished panelists and workshop facilitators including mayoral candidate, Barbara Bry; social justice advocate, Genevieve Jones-Wright; Senior VP of Product Development at Illumina, Susan Tousi; the first chairwoman for the Jamul Indian Village, Erica Pinto; and award-winning author and leadership speaker, Jackie Freiberg.

There will be four highly immersive and interactive workshop tracks that an attendee can follow:

• You. Lead. Now! — helping women become more conscious leaders who can lead with authenticity without giving up their power.
• The Wellness Warrior — blending mind-body-and spirit, women will learn specific strategies for tracking and developing wellness habits and setting and achieving goals.
• When Nurture Calls — This track will provide resources, supports, and strategies for caregivers and mothers to find their best self while taking care of others.
• Activation Acceleration — Connecting women to their power through sessions around values, stories, rising and creating a strong group of allies so that we may move ourselves forward into creating a more equitable and just world.

More information about SHExperience can be found at sandiego.edu.
