LA JOLLA — A Nissan Pathfinder carrying six passengers crashed into the residence of Charles Dinerman at 5412 Linda Rosa in the Bird Rock area today, Nov. 1 at around 2 a.m. While heading north on La Jolla Mesa, the driver reportedly attempted to make a left onto Linda Rosa but instead crashed into the Dinerman residence. According to police reports, the driver of the vehicle fled the scene. Two of the female passengers have been taken to area hospitals for minor injuries. All passengers in the SUV ranged from 16 to 22 years old. Officers have also reported that beer cans were found inside the vehicle.
