Leading Presidential campaign analyst and UCSD professor, Samuel Popkin, is back in La Jolla again to discuss his latest book, “The Candidate: What it Takes to Win – And Hold – The White House.” This time, Popkin’s discussion will coincide with the Lawrence Family Jewish Community Center’s (JCC) annual San Diego Jewish Book Fair. A lecture and discussion about the book will take place from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. on Oct. 4 at the Lawrence Family JCC, located at 4126 Executive Drive.
