ILLUMINA-TION
Life-science company Illumina has signed two leases for approximately 193,000 square feet of space at 9855-9885 Towne Centre Drive from BioMed Realty Trust. CB Richard Ellis represented BioMed Realty Trust in the $100 million transaction. Illumina extended its lease on the cuurent site it occupies, and will expand into a new three-story building to be constructed at 9865 Towne Centre Drive.
