The Ugandan Kids Choir, ten child performers who raise awareness of child sponsorship through their series of colorful Ugandan songs and dances, will perform at Pacific Beach Christian Church, 1074 Loring St., on Wednesday, April 20 at 6:30 p.m. The choir is performing under the auspices of Childcare Worldwide, devoted to empowering children in the developing world since 1981. Childcare Worldwide provides education to children in nine developing countries that is designed to help break the cycle of poverty in their lives.
