A 79-year-old male pedestrian was crossing mid-block at 4200 Ingraham St. about 5:30 p.m. on Jan. 10. A 24-year-old female was driving her Jeep Grand Cherokee southbound at 4200 Ingraham St in the No. 1 lane. The Jeep hit the pedestrian as he was crossing. The pedestrian was transported to the hospital with a head injury. The injuries are non-life threatening at this time. There are no drugs or alcohol involved. San Diego Police Traffic Division is investigating.
