The iconic Marvel super heroes Spider-Man and The Avengers are joined by the Guardians of the Galaxy, including Star-Lord, Gamora, Groot, Rocket and Drax, in a legendary battle to defend the universe from evil. The newest production from Feld Entertainment, the world’s leading producer of live touring family entertainment, had it’s world premiere in Los Angeles in July.
Staff writer Mathilde Rousseau Bjerregaard had a chance to sit down with Black Widow and Groot in an exclusive super hero interview. Here’s what they had to say: Black Widow (Louise Forsley) SDCNG: Who are you? BW: I am a Russian spy and I am a part of The Avengers. SDCNG: What skills do you have?
BW: I am a professional martial artist, I ride a motorcycle, and I have spy skills and acrobatic skills. SDCNG: What do you do in your spare time when you are not a superhero?
BW: I ride my motorcycle, go to the gym and go to the movies. SDCNG: Do you ever get tired of wearing the same outfit every day?
BW: No, I actually like my costume. It is a tight leather costume, so that is fun. SDCNG: If you could be any non-superhero who would it be?
BW: I would like to be a professional athlete. A cross fit athlete, a bike cyclist or a dirt biker. SDCNG: Do you ever eat? BW: Yes, I eat Russian food and try to stay skinny. SDCNG: Do your parents approve of your career path?
BW: I don’t know my parents. I am an orphan so I was adopted by Russian spies. SDCNG: What is most important, eating your veggies or being kind to people?
BW: Eating your veggies because that helps me getting energy. I don’t really worry about being kind to people. Groot (Tyler Hubbard) SDCNG: Who are you?
Groot: I am Groot. SDCNG: What skills do you have?
Groot: I am Groot.
(My skill is strength. I am comedic, goofy and a very lovable person.) SDCNG: What do you do in your spare time when you are not a superhero?

(Probably Yondo Udonta. He is a villan, but a goofy villan. He gets his butt kicked by everybody all the time. He has a really funny background and some funny lines.) SDCNG: Do you ever eat? Groot: I am Groot.

(Yes, my family is very supportive.) SDCNG: What is most important, eating your veggies or being kind to people?
