Ocean Beach Elementary principal Marco Drapeau hogged the spotlight before school on Friday, March 18 when he kissed a pig in front of students and staff. On Jan. 31, the school held a jogathon where the students were told that if they raised more than $14,500 (last year’s amount), Drapeau would kiss a pig. The students were inspired and raised more than $16,500. The money will help fund the arts program.
