Julie has been in the publishing industry for more than 43 years, with a early start at the Daily Idahoan in Moscow Idaho. She and then partner David Mannis began the publishing company, San Diego Newspaper Group in 1980 and has grown to multiple community newspapers throughout San Diego. Julie is proud to be among the few independent female publishers in San Diego.
