The windows of at least 10 vehicles were smashed in in the early morning of April 25 along a normally quiet street in Ocean Beach. Authorities believe the vandal used a hammer on the vehicles parked along the 4800 block of Coronado Avenue between Sunset Cliffs Boulevard and Cable Street. No thefts were reported in the incident. The vandalized cars included 2004 and 2011 Hondas, a 2007 Toyota RAV 4, a 2012 Kia, a 2006 Subaru and a 2001 Ford. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call the San Diego Police Department’s nonemergency phone number at (619) 531-2000.
