San Diego Humane Society’s 33rd annual Fur Ball is a dog-friendly evening that includes exquisite dining, live music, raffle drawings, and live auctions — all to raise money for the animals in the community and the vital programs and services of San Diego Humane Society.
During the evening, California Senate President Pro Tempore Toni G. Atkins will be honored for her unwavering dedication to animals.
Nearly 300 dogs and 600 people are expected to attend the gala.
Event features:
– Cocktail reception attended by people and dogs dressed in their finest attire;
– Exquisite vegetarian meal featuring Beyond Meat and wine selections prepared by Chef Jeffrey Strauss of Pamplemousse Grille;
– Live and silent auctions featuring fabulous prizes.
The Fur Ball takes place 6-11 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 5 at San Diego Humane Society, 5500 Gaines St.
