AARP and the City of La Mesa will be offering tax preparation for no cost on Mondays starting Feb. 6.

All tax appointments will be held at the Adult Enrichment Center at 8450 La Mesa Blvd.

AARP Foundation Tax-Aide provides in-person and virtual tax assistance to anyone, free of charge, with a focus on taxpayers who are over 50 years old with low to moderate income. Tax-Aide volunteers, located nationwide, are trained and IRS-certified annually to make sure they are familiar with the latest changes to the tax code.

Appointments to have your 2022 taxes filed are now being booked. Appointments are required and are extremely limited. Reserve your spot today.
