Agencies host forum on public-project bidding
Several large, regional public agencies will host the ninth annual Paths to Partnership Networking Forum next Thursday, Sept. 20, 12:30 to 5:30 p.m. in the East Tower of the Sheraton San Diego Hotel and Marina.
The forum is designed by the regional public agencies to make bidding on public projects easier for contractors. Part of the afternoon will be dedicated to contractor, consultant, vendor and public agency exhibits.
The event features discussion forums on water, wastewater, transportation, education, development and doing business with the government of California. Participants will meet with industry experts and receive a two-year look-ahead to upcoming public agency projects.
The registration cost online prior to the event is $25, or $40 at the door. The Sheraton San Diego Hotel and Marina is located at 1380 Harbor Island Drive.
