I would just like to congratulate the Ocean Beach MainStreet Association (OBMA) on such a terrific event at the Ocean Beach Street Fair and Chili Cook-Off! I’d also like to thank all the volunteers and merchants who made this such a cool event.
I am so proud to be a part of this community, especially when the planning of every minute detail pays off so well. When this many people get together, so many variables are in play, but OBMA’s Claudia Jack and crew really showed how you do it right. And many thanks to the Beacon for such an incredible insert on the details, the map and the schedule. It proved to be huge. You could actually know what to expect as you wandered around.
I am here to commend everyone involved in this cool event and look forward to the “Big 3-0” next year.
