Peninsula parents now have a one-stop website where they can check on all summer activities available for area children and teens. The Point Loma Cluster website has been in operation for years as a source of information on all area public schools. Now, webmaster Vicki Moats is expanding the information listed on the site. “I want all of this information to be available to our community parents,” Moats said. Moats also produces the frequent e-blasts sent out to parents at Point Loma High, so she said she already is aware of many opportunities. With other area schools contributing information on camps, workshops, fitness events and more, Moats said she is excited about keeping all the offerings listed. To check on options for youths, visit www.pointlomacluster.com and click on “Community Events.” Events can be listed at [email protected]. — Scott Hopkins
