To be an eligible member of the community to vote you must be 18 years of age and affiliated with the community as a resident or local businessperson. Residential voters will be required to provide a driver’s license (or current utility bill) with current address and census tract for which you can vote. Commercial voters shall be required to provide San Diego business tax license of Pacific Beach business photo ID (only one voter per business license). Businesses may appoint a designee to vote on behalf of the business.
