Candidates for the six open seats on the La Jolla Village Merchants Association board of directors will be attending a Meet thee Candidates parley on Wednesday, Sept. 23 form 5 to 7 p.m. at Eddie V’s, 1270 Prospect St. The meeting is free and open to the public. Association members are invited to hear the candidates’ platforms for improvement of the neighborhood’s business improvement district, which now has about 1,400 members. The six new board members will serve through 2017.
Those members who have paid their current City of San Diego business tax/La Jolla BID fees but have not received a ballot in the mail are asked to contact [email protected] and request a ballot.
