A 51-year-old homeless man was stabbed early Sept. 1 during a fight with another transient in a toilet at Mission Beach.
The victim suffered a non-life-threatening stab wound to his side in the men’s rest room off Mariner’s Way near Gleason Road around 2:30 a.m., San Diego police Officer Dino Delimitros said. It was not immediately clear what led to the fight between the victim and the 20-year-old assailant.
The suspect rode off on a bicycle before police arrived, according to the officer. He was described as a 6-foot-2 inches tall white man with tattoos on his hands who goes by the name Big City.
